Ladies and Gentlemen...To Arms! Clan of Champions is one big multiplayer game set in a cliché medieval fantasy world. The focus of the game isn't the missions you do, but the multiplayer aspect of the game.

Let's talk about the gameplay, that's everyone's favourite right? First off, character creation is a bit limited. Choosing between male or female, and the three races Human, Elf, and Orc. Not too many face styles at all and the hair choices isn't much to talk about either, but considering the feel of the game I wouldn't want some off the wall.

Clan of Champions is like MMA fighting in Ye Olde England. Each button attacks a different part of the body. Using combos and picking your body parts to carefully brings some strategy to the game. Combine that with the build of your character and the ability to change between the three styles on the fly, now there's a decent game style right there.

Online interaction is simple, but good as you can complete missions with friends in co-op or go head to head in 3-on-3 action. Playing the game with the A.I. is okay, though, beating the crap and crud out of NPC enemies over and over again can get a little tiring until the bigger and better missions.

The game looks decent, it's not wowing, but the type of game style it can bring a mixed feeling. As the gameplay isn't extensive, graphics could've been a bit better, but it's not a big deal. Everything looks where it should, and it resembles medieval quite nicely. Again, nothing stunning, lets move on.

With mission after mission and multiplayer modes to play, the game does have longevity, but the only real replay value is within the multiplayer and maybe making a new character to try different builds. Hopefully some DLC later on for more customization and more missions, but as it stands coming out the gate it's a bit on the dry side. Still, a good game to pass the time away and challenge other players. BlacTape TV gives Clan of Champions a 6 out of 10.
